Having Doubts About My Honeymoon....

I was originally booked - and so excited - for Secrets Excellence but given that it will be hurricane season, I switched to Aruba. But I just can't seem to get myself as excited for Aruba as I was for secrets...is there something wrong with me????

on another note, I had price shopped secrets out and my dad's TA was able to beat the lowest price I got. When I switched to Aruba, I thought her price was a little high but also felt that she didn't have to be as flexible since she already had my deposit. So today I got a quote for the same room, etc. from another agent...almost $400 cheaper! I emailed my TA to ask if she could meet or beat that but who knows what she'll do.

I see so many of you girls more excited for your honeymoon than the actual wedding...I just wish I was one of you.

i'm sure the closer it gets, the more excited you'll become!! just think...it's your first vacation together as a married couple!!

I switch HM locations 3 times before being done (these were booked and ready to go)...you do this once, so do it right.

Aruba is beautiful! I'm sure you'll have a beautiful time

I was unsure about the place I chose at first- I wanted to change it etc

I wasn't so focused on price- b/c it was a good deal- too good- that's what scared me!

but in the end- it was perfect and I enjoyed the time I spent with my hubby- that's what it's about

You have nothing to be upset about. Aruba was the best vacation I've been on yet. We stayed at the Mariott - awesome hotel, the Hyatt is great too.
Great weather (breezy and sunny every day) and the best restaurants. My fiance and I were there for a week last summer. We didn't want to leave.
