I think the dress is Gorgeous and looks very nice on you but if you are uncomftorble about the top bring it to a seamstress and have her make cthe changes you want. That what I'm doing (I also bought a sample dress). The dress is long sleeve off the shoulders and I am cutting of the sleeves and lower the top

Thats the advice a friend of mine gave me too lol ... GOOD ADVICE!!!!! I went to ONE other store and went right back to where I found 'the dress'

i think you should play with the idea of making it a sweetheart neckline. i agree it is high up on the chest. i think the sweetheart is sexy but soft.

I think the dress is beautiful ! Just make sure you have a good seamstress that will listen to you and do what you want. I am sure it will come out the way you want it.

I personally don't love pick ups but you have a beautiful dress. Have it fitted to you and if you don't love it then continue to look, but I have a feeling that once it is fitted to you, you'll love it.

all that stuff can be dealt with in the alterations stage. it's a beautiful dress, and you'll be a beautiful bride in it

Thank you so much I do feel better about it now. I don't have the most supportive family and when I tried it on with them they didn't have much to say about it. I do want to try and change the top but I'm nervous what if it doesn't look right after I do it? I'm not wearing a bra in the picture, maybe I just need some support for a different effect. I think I need to try it on again.

you look beautiful in it. but if you are having second thoughts, which i am also having.. keep trying on dresses. you may find something else, or you may realize that you loved yours for a reason. go to david's bridal where you can purchase any sample and take it home the same day, which means that yes you do have time and you should get what you really want.

I loove your dress. I agree with the other posts...once it is made for your frame you'll love it much more. Your seamstress should def. be able to do something with the top...my dress has ton of beading on it and my seamstress said that she can do it. Maybe try another seamstress??

I think the dress is beautiful. If the top is the only part that you don't like def get it altered. They can fix what you don't like and make it exactly what you want.
