Mama's Fishhouse (Maui) - make a reservation asap!
Sansei (Maui) - the BEST sushi I've ever had. DH and I miss it! Sit at the sushi bar and look for Aaron - he's a great chef and will give you freebies. We went there twice. Oh, and try the apple dessert b/c its amazing.
Warning: people get to this place before it even opens, that's how popular it is. Otherwise, you'll wait forever! Plan on an early dinner -- get there around 4:45 or so. (They open at 5.)
