My veil was $80 and my headpiece cost $115 - go to Bridal Boutique in Massapequa on Sunrise Hwy - they have beautiful items and VERY REASONABLY priced. They carry similar pieces as the bridal dress shops but for much less.. bridal dress shops mark these items up ALOT as this is where they make a profit. Bridal Boutique also carry favors, card mailboxes, money bags, caketoppers, etc. AND they offer a HUGE selection of headpieces! I tried on over 40 of them.....

Re: Headpiece Cost
I wanted to look around for my headpiece and veil, but was not sure how I would know that the headpiece will look OK w. my dress. How did you decide without your dress there? I do not want to pay Bridal Reflections prices (VERY high) if I can avoid it

Re: Headpiece Cost
The bridal boutique in Massapequa is closing. There is a 60% of everything sign in the window. I am very disappointed because I know they have great deals on headpieces.

Re: Headpiece Cost
Oh I didnt know they were closing... they are a husband and wife team (I ordered my headpiece over the summer and it came in just 4 weeks) - I kind of winged it when trying on the headpieces and veils...I knew what I wanted - 2 tier veil with blusher (pencil edge) and my headpiece was more of a vine-looking crown than a tiara with pearls and rhinestones. Well, maybe you can get some good deals on the stock they have left. I would see if theyre still placing orders......

Re: Headpiece Cost
Ladies, you have to check EBAY!!! I bought one the other day and if I don't like it I will just resell it... it was only $33...compared to $300, I think I can actually afford the $33.00 one...the woman I bought from owns a shop and has sold thousands off things on ebay, I would definitely check it out! Let me know what you think of it! Ebay Headpiece

Re: Headpiece Cost
kimberly - I posted maybe a week ago that Bridal Boutique were going out of business too. Their phone # is 797-4355 and they are closing the end of November. They said when I called them that they can still order headpieces though. They're really sweet there. It's so sad that they're closing.
