I would love some too. I have been eating a lot of grilled chicken and vegetables and it's working. I'm not bored yet but I am sure I will be soon.

I get a monthy subscription to cooking light. However, if you are not a subscriber, I believe you still can get some healthy recipes on their website:

You can get some great ones on The Food Network website... one of my favorites is Rachael Ray's Grilled Chicken Parm. ( I just substitute fat free cheese). Basically grill up some thin chicken breasts and set to the side. Then in a pyrex dish, pour some spaghetti sauce in, place the chicken in it, cover with lots of fat free mozzerella cheese and broil for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts. YUMMY. I make my own spaghetti sauce so there isn't any sugar etc. in it like some of the premade brands have.

Here's the link to her official recipe for it.

Here is one my nutrisionist gave me (I am still not able to find quinoa (it's like fine pasta). She also gave me one for turkey meatloaf and one for a sausage and bean recipe that are at home. I can post them later.
Addtionally I bought a healthy cooking cookbook from William Sonoma that she also suggested.

1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts ( I use a bit more)
1 T olive oil
1 cup quinoa, rinsed and well drained
1 clove garlic, minced
salt
2 T dried cranberries (I use a bit more)
The recipe calls for toasting the nuts in an oven but I skip that step.

In a large deep frying pan over medium high heat, warm the olive oil until hot and starts to sizzle. Add quinoa and cook, stirring until golden, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add 2 cups water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook until the liquid is absorbed, 15-18 minutes. Uncover and continue to cook until any excess moisture is cooked off, about 1 minute. Spoon into serving dish and top with nuts and berries.

Do you like Lasagna? I have a WW recipe for a Lasagna that FH and I eat nearly every night. It is so good! Let me know if you are interested and I'll send you the recipe.

Here’s one for pasta that I invented last night:
Ranzoni smart taste/ Barilla Plus spaghetti (not to much pasta cuz of the carbs)
Half of green pepper and half red
Broccoli
Diced onion and garlic
Half of lean chicken breast cut into whatever size pieces

very important not to cook in any oil (maybe PAM) grill all the ingredients, add pasta and sprinkle a bit of olive oil towards the end]

Add salsa (about 10 cal per tbs) and sprinkle a bit of non-fat feta for taste.

It was delish and provides a good amount of fiber, protein and not to many carbs if u don’t go crazy with the amount of pasta.

HTH and u'll enjoy it as much as I did

Deff! But since the pasta is the healthy one or the whole wheat one you can get away with it. and deff add with moderation. Forget about the regular pasta till the wedding
