This is a great topic for me this week bc I am PMSing LOL I threw in som lunch ideas that fill me up too so I don't snack a lot throughout my day!

ww ice cream, skinny cow, almonds (are my fav), peppers, apples, wheat thins, popcorn, pretzel rods, and I have this book Hungry Girl AWSOME!! You can find SO many recipes and you can also find out the points value too if you are on WW like me. Chips and Salsa, tomatoe and cucumber salad with a little bit of O and V, tomatoe and chees sandwich on WW rye or whole wheat bread, whole wheat peta's with grilled chick and lettuce and onion and a side of honey mustard.

Re: healthy snacks

grapes, honey wheat pretzel sticks, rice cake minis (Ranch flavored), fat free nilla wafers....I buy little baggies and separate these into serving sizes as soon as I open the box so I don't eat the whole box!

I like to snack on almonds, string cheese, WW yogurt (only 1 point!), fruit, or 100 calorie packs.
