I was reading a post from a few days ago, some questions you had asked someone else about the Carlyle. I was just wondering if a response had been posted. I couldn`t find one, but I would like to know those same answers, since my wedding is at the Carlyle too, and I just want to make sure it all goes smoothly! Thanks!

Junebride, How was your experience at the Carlyle? If you have any words of wisdom, things that you would have changed if you could do it again, etc... let me know. I was concerned, like that other post, about the size of the cocktail room. Did you have a lot of people there and have to extend the room into the ballroom? Also, which florist did you use? Thanks for noticing my post... any Carlyle advice would be much appreciated!

Florist for the Carlyle

Hellos! I'm getting married at the Carlyle this June - and look forward to giving you all sorts of help come July :-) I just wanted to comment on your florist question since I had such a great experience with the place I chose... In Full Bloom. I also went to Stefans and Florissima, but Marie at In Full Bloom just made me feel all warm and fuzzy. Its a much smaller shop, so the attention is much more personalized (and they do lots and lots of Carlyle weddings)... I just wanted to say that you should give them a look if you are making a list of people to meet with! Let me know if you want more detail. Best of luck!

Florist for the Carlyle

Where is In Full Bloom located? I would definitely be interested in checking them out. I like the idea of a smaller, more personal shop. I looked at Colonial Flowers which gave me a similar feeling to yours. What other vendors are you using at the Carlyle? Just curious!

Carlyle vendors

Hi octobergirl! I never got a respnose back from Claud in regards to the cocktail room and desserts. But I wanted to share my vendors with you.We are using all house vendors from the recommended list. photography/video- JoVon flowers- Stefans band- Jeff Lubin (from Hank Lane) limos- Ultimate Class Let me know if you have any specific questions, we saw a lot of different vendors, but these particular vendors exceeded our expectations.Good luck!
