HEATHER! TAMMY! MERRIE!! HELP!!!!!

Why does lorrie tack on 5.00 to your order

I just looked, and my celestial tracers were 14.00 then she added 5.00 and then the tax.. she did it to my cousins too.. and i am assuming she has done this to me in the past.. I am going to call her, but before I do i wanted to know if you ladies know why she does this.. There is no reason for it listed on the reciept....

same goes for all?? I ordered circles for Emily and they are 14.00 and lorrie told me w/ tax and shipping it is 21.68?

Sue do you remember if I ordered rulers at Tammy's party? I really could have sworn I did but I guess not since it is not on my receipt.

I will see Lorrie tonight. Does anyone have any ??? for her or need anything? SHe usually has almost everything in stock in her house

heather --- CAN U Please ask LORRIE why BOTH MY TAPE RUNNERS had to be tossed in my garbage

My tape runner I purchased from merries lasted months!! it just ran out last nite! and both of the ones I got from lorrie broke after like ONE PIC!! I dont know why it kept feeding in the wrong direction and not working

Gees - my CM consultant doesn't charge shipping and delivered the items to us (she was in a class I was taking).

technically it is shipped to the Consultant.

This is why I like to buy stuf from her when I am at her house for a workshop, like tonight. B/c there is no shipping then

garbage came this morning!! I didnt want to dig it up
I threw the boxes out FIRST b/c I assumed the runners would work
then they were messed up
do you think they were from a defective lot? It was late at night and I got so mad I threw them out instead of saving them!!
ugh, ask her anyway, print this LOL
I told merrie too
if she cant do anything I may just stick to the one suzanne told me to get at michaels
I am not going to buy two and have to throw them out!
I had no prob's w/ my first Runner

what stinks is the tax and shipping dont count in your total either!! LoL
so sue you counted as 14.00 not 20.00

it kept going into the top part as I did it
something was wrong with them! please see if she can do something
I know I should have saved them but I got so mad and frustrated and it was 1am that I didnt even think of telling her!

Well at least I know for next time... Personally I think that the 10.00 that they charge you should be put towards an order. like for instance if you purchase 35.00 or more you get a 10.00 cert.. and the 5.00 shipping is fine, but you should get the option to get it mailed to your house. I am a *****y consumer!!
