Why does lorrie tack on 5.00 to your order

I just looked, and my celestial tracers were 14.00 then she added 5.00 and then the tax.. she did it to my cousins too.. and i am assuming she has done this to me in the past.. I am going to call her, but before I do i wanted to know if you ladies know why she does this.. There is no reason for it listed on the reciept....

I'm not knocking it, I just ordered the pitcher from them from ebay, but you sure as hell can't scrap with that!

I don't know if this is true but I read on another message board that CM album fit pages that are cut to 29 centimeters, maybe 28 cm. Staples sometimes has the fiskars portable 12 inch trimmers on sale for like $5.00

My first album was from CM but I never planned my layouts to allow for trimming so I took all my layouts out of the album and got a true 12x12 top loading album that I love!

Meredith - LOL about scrapping with utensils!!

I understood why some consultants charge a fee when Tammy answered when I first asked. I just never encountered it. Like Meredith stated, all consultants are different.

Tammy I have tried a few different ones and I love the cm tape runner, I think maybe you could have used them wrong for both to have broken in days, and if not and they were both defective then tell lorrie maybe she will get you another one!!

Merrie- I emailed her but she asked if I had them
I threw them out b/c it was 1am, I know I did it right b/c I had the one I got at your party for months! and never had a problem with it
sux that now I am out of two of them - b/c if she cant do nothing, its a total waste of money

who knew! the next day merrie said I should have given it to her but I didnt think of that so late at nite
