Height Difference

I have really been stressing about this. FH and I are the exact same height, 5'10'. I wear 4 inch heels everyday so for me to wear flats on my big day is so not going to happen. Do they even make a saxy flat?????

We made an agreement. I will wear flats for the ceremony, 1st dance and some of the pics. After that my sexies are going on

i am 5'2' and FH is 5'11 1/2'

i am wearing 3 1/2' heels

ME! I'm stressing about this. I'm 5' 81/2/ 5'9 and FH is 5'11 1/2. He doesn't care at all and thinks it's sexy, but I hate my height and feel the same..I dont want to be taller than him,esp on the wedding.

Good thing is, whenever he wears tuxes, he's taller with those shoes! I'm going to look soon for good shoes with only 2 in heels. I'll let you know if I find anything, but remember groom's shoes will add an inch or so!

I am taller than DH, by like 2 inches. He was not so comfortable with me wearing heels of any kind on our wedding day, so I went with flats. But while doing my search, I came across these and I thought they were so pretty.

I am 5'5 and FH is 6'5

I'm just going to wear flats or kitten heels I think...if I wear 3' shoes, we'll really only be 10' apart instead of 12 because his shoes will have a little heel since they are dress shoes...so to me it doesn't really make a difference. I'd rather be comfortable.

Its just a matter of finding cute shoes I like that have a low heel

im 5'0 too and FH is 6'3 i was just going to wear uggs because i cant walk in sneakers let alone high heels without tripping but now i think about it i think i might go with high high heels im really not sure yet everyone (mom and meema hate the idea of wearing snow boots or uggs) it was FHs idea after we saw a bride wearing them i live in uggs

He doesn't mind but I tend to slouch in pics so i look shorter lol i dont know why... but i need to get over that before the wedding so i dont have bad pics

my FH is like 2 1/2 to 3 inches taller..i found a great pair of shoes at Casa Di Mario in Patchogue- give them a shot, every style and size heel! they were great!

that's what we are....i'm 5'4' and he's 5'11' im wearing short heels for church and then putting on sneakers because i hate heels

I am 6ft and FH is 5'11' (yeah, I am an inch taller then him). I was originally on a quest for low heels because I didnt want to be taller them him (he WILL be wearing lifts in his shoes lol), but I couldnt find anything I liked with a low heel....like at all. And i normally wear heels when going out or to work and FH loves it when I am taller then him...but I orignally felt uncomfortable being taller than him for the wedding. I ended up just saying 'screw it' and bought a pair of 3 inch Kate Spade shoes that I love! Although...I will be changing into flip flips after the first dance

I knowww 4 inches are the limit for me! So purdyy...

I'm 5'3 and FH is 5'10..

I bought heels already, but I'm leaning towards getting flats now so im comfortable the whole day and just dying my heels black for a different occasion.

IM barley 5 '1 and FH is 6 '2... my plan is to wear the highest comfortable shoes i can find... i heard that shoes with a little bit of a platform on them support your feet better so they won't hurt...so that my goal

those are GORGEOUS! I ahve hte same problem as you with my shoes... i ahve big feet for my height and i hate flats on me! I am ALWAYS in 5 inch heels... to the point that flats bother my feet and my back! How weird is that! lol


but those shoes are GORGEOUS!! love them!

ETA - FH is 6foot and I am only 5'5' so i can get away with it lol

I've worn these as a bridesmaid (in black) and they were comfy, I plan on wearing them for my wedding as well. I am 2 inches shorter then FH I'm 5'8' and at that height I don't think I need to look anymore elongated.
