hello

hello everyone i am new to this site and i had a question..i am getting married in july and i was wondering how long does a wedding take.i need to plan for the wedding time and the reception and i wanted to know how long does a wedding take?I have everything else i think..i hope.....well thanks for all the comments and the advice i hope it helps...

Hey Ashley, congrats & welcome.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but usually if you are getting married in a church with a mass, the ceremony can take up to an hour. Without a mass it can be 20 minutes or so.

The reception is usually an hour for CH and then 4 hours for the reception.

Hello, congrats and welcome!

My actual ceremony is 12-15 minutes (we have 30 minutes total). 1 hour CH and 4 hour reception.

All done at the same location.
