and im a bake-aholic

I have off today and clearly just made lemon poppy seed muffins, banana bread, cranberry orange muffins, and raspberry filled chocolate cupcakes

PS the brownies are in the oven

Maybe this is why I cant loose weight

Im actually quite the loser... when im mad i bake, sad i bake, bored i bake.

It makes me happy... its weird

I just love being in the kitchen

Could you start an online business or sell to people at work?

I bake better than i cook, so one thanksgiving i baked a turkey cake... thought it covered both areas

Sorry its a bad pic, i fogot to take one when it was done... served in a basting dish over lettuce

that sounds great! i plan on making strawberry cupcakes for FH for V-day BUT from a mix LOL... i enjoy baking but find that classes are SOOO expensive.

Hahahahahah love that turkey cake.

I love baking, too, and definitely make everything from scratch, especially my famous apple pie!! My cousin and I made souffle a few months back and it came out just as well as it would have if from a restautant, perhaps even better, if I may say so myself.

Hi Ali,

I am Jen and I am a COOK (everything is made from scratch... everything). I spend on average 1 hour to 2 hours cooking everynight. I try not to use items with perservatives in it. I love fresh veggies... mmm....

but I stink at baking.... you cant add your own 'touch' to it....
