Hi girls, I just got engaged on 4/9 and I was wondering if anybody had quotes for 2012. I'm looking for April, May, Sept, Oct. Or is there a thread of quotes already? Our min is 85-100. Tia!

Jericho Terrace 75 pp

I know more of November 2011 quote (orginal wedding date) but they probably around the same price

What type of place are you looking for? Suffolk/Nassau?

The prices from April to May, I found, were very different. And September was a bit more expensive than October.

We got April, May and June quotes for Saturday afternoon and Sunday night.
They ranged from 60-84
The highest quotes were for June.
You can get anything in the $60-$70 range if you stick to April.
We settled for Westbury Manor in April on a Sunday night.
We the other venues we visited include

Swan Club
Jericho Terrace
The RiverView
Westchester Manor

As long as your are flexible with the date you will be able to find a RH with those prices. Just keep in mind that when they tell you 60 pp you still have to add another 20% on top of that, so your 60pp comes out to 80pp.
When they give you the quote ask them to do the math then and there to show you the price with tax. It can be a make or break.

Spring and fall tend to be the most expensive times to get married but if you find a 3 day weekend (ex Columbus day) you could get married that Sunday and it will bring the price down. That's what we are doing, works well cause everyone has off that Monday.

I booked with Leonards, a Sun in April 2012 63 pp with out tax/gratuity with a dessert bar, they call it a Duet station or something like that.

All together for 110 ppl its a tad under 9k. HTH
