I've been trying to find a song to dance w/my mother since my dad passed away. I found a song by Celine Dione called 'mama' and it is absolutely beautiful. However, it's 5 minutes long. Do you think that's too long?
I think that most songs are about 5 minutes long. If you don't want everyone to have to watch you dance the whole song, you could have your bridal party join you and your mom half way through.
How about having my brother and son join in...or having the DJ fade it out? I'm sure my mom is going to be a mess....
having the DJ fade it out would work great... or having your brother and son join in is another excellent idea... my father passed away too, so i did a dance with my uncles and pseudo step dad, and the dj timed it all out perfectly...
Im sure the DJ can shorten it!
