Re: HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you have a lot of out of town guests? You should def. contact them and let them know. I like the idea of sending out a nice note with the hotel information. How do you feel about doing a follow up phone call

Re: HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
You definitley have to contact them. A nice note will be OK, although a phone call, at least to those who are really important, would be nice.

Re: HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
I think you need to let everyone know - out of town or not. Since your wedding was originally a holiday weekend, everybody probably blocked that weekend off. You should give them ample time to make alternate arrangements for that weekend.I'm wondering if you can maybe put in a nice note with your holiday cards? Or maybe that's waiting too long? How large is your wedding? Can the parents and BP spread the word?
Good Luck!!

Re: HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree... All guests should be contacted - out of town or not - the nice note idea sounds good! Adding hotel info is nice too!
