I am using Celebration Studios for Photgraphy.
www.celebrationstudios.com

They include everything in there packages, and they pretty inexpensive.

Also, I booked with Bayport Flower Houses for my flowers, and they are amazing. Same deal, you get so much for the price. Beautiful centerpieces.

I am using Pedestals & working with Robert...They are located in Mineola until July 15th & then they will be in Garden City Park.

Robert is great to work with. He is very attentive to what you want & will help you draw up some new ideas....

We are using Wicks for flowers and Twelfth Night for photography. I know a lot of girls are using them so you may want to do search and see all the raves.

For Florists I would check out Trina from Expressions Floral Designs, a vendor on LIW. She is reasonable and awesome to work with.

We love Duet for photographers, but I don't know if you'd consider them reasonably priced.
