Is anyone else having trouble MOH with your bachlorette party? My sister is my MOH, and has pushed me into planning my own party! I am getting married on 5/30/05, and am going to crack with the pressure of wedding, work, and now this! UGH! Am I being selfish to think I shouldn't have to plan my own bachlorette party?

Re: HELP!!! Bachlorette Party
Not at all! But, be prepared to not have one if she doesn't get her act together.
My BMs totally dropped the ball. I hung out with two of them separately and now another one is trying to get people together for this friday, which is my last day at work.
It's my own fault for not giving it a single thought.

You're not being selfish at all! But it sounds like if you do want one, you might have to plan it yourself if you want a good one. I'm sorry you have to go through this.. .

Re: HELP!!! Bachlorette Party
I had trouble with my MOH who is also my sister. She is a waitress and said that she cant get off on weekend. I was so mad that he didnt plant anything I am engaged for 2 years she could have done it at her convience. I had to plan it myself and pay for it. The other BM all waited on my sister and now they are tying to get it all together. We are going to the awesmoe 80's prom! So it will be fun since I planed it !!

Re: HELP!!! Bachlorette Party
Thank you all for making me feel better! I was begining to think that I was the only one who though I shouldn't have planned it...
The party I planned is on Saturday! I hope it goes well. We are going to dinner at Mario's in Hauppauge, and then going to Posh at the Garden City Hotel. (I wanted to stay away from the city because my fiance's bachlor party is there)
On a lighter note, the highlight of my day was picking up my wedding band!
