HELP! ...DJ dilemma...
Okay... I never in a million years thought I would have this problem... My fiance and I were totally set on our DJ; we met with Jerry from Jerry Smiles Entertainment (Who also did my cousin's wedding) and who we really really liked! He gave us a fabulous deal for a DJ/MC 5 hour package. We haven't signed yet but we were ready to.Then, a few days ago, we won a basic DJ Package from FM Entertainment. 4 hours, DJ, no cost!
Problem is we know Jerry is going to do exactly what we want, and we know lots of people with first hand experience with him.
FM Entertainment is using this as sort of a way to advertise through us... Going to meet with them next week and hear some of their work, but not sure they're going to be exactly what we want...
Advice??? What would you do? Anyone have any experience with FM entertainment?

Re: HELP! ...DJ dilemma...
We booked with FM Entertainment. We clicked with him and booked after he did a private show. We haven't had our wedding yet, but I am very happy with our decision. That being said, I say go with your gut and book the DJ you want. There is so much stress and uncertainity about wedding planning, make life easier on your self and do what makes you happy.

I don't have experience with and dj, but it doesn't hurt to go check FM out. See them, and if you're blown away, you'll know to book them. If you're just ehh about it, go with your friend.

This!! Plus the package you won is only a basic 4 hour package, so adding on another hour or adding things to the package will not be free so you may want to stay with your original choice if it isn't that much of a savings and you are happy.

Thanks for you input! We're not having an engagement party, although that's a great idea! And true about possibly adding more things and it ending up not free.. We'll see if we click with Frank at FM!

Can you gift it to someone else? Or does it have to be you who uses it.
