Help! Duck or Chicken?

We are having prime rib & salmon at the wedding. For our third choice we have to choose between chicken & Long Island Duck. FFIL really wants the duck. I feel like chicken would appeal to a lot of people & that people might not like duck. What do you guys think? Do people eat duck?

DUCK!!! I had this at my wedding, along w/ salmon and angus steak and the mahority chose the duck and raved about it! They said it was so nice to be offered something different instead of the usual chiken, steak or fish! Also remember, LI is known for its duck, so out of towners might appreciate it!
