We're doing a donation to the American Cancer Society. And another bride posted these as placecard holders and I'm thinking of giving this with the information about the donation on it. We'll see... You'll get some amazing ideas on here.

Re: Help - Favor Ideas
I'm pretty sure for our wedding, we will be giving bottles of wine (small ones ) with personalized labels as favors. Since this can get expensive, we were thinking one bottle per couple... but haven't worked that out, yet.
My cousin got these beautiful, delicious chocolate covered pretzels as favors. There are about 6 big pretzels in there, each covered in chocolate (some white, some milk) with toppings like M&Ms, peanut butter chips, etc.). They come in white boxes and she wrapped them and tied them with a ribbon that matched her colors. The white boxes are nice, you could get away with just a ribbon. I could ask her where she got them.
You could also do the personalized Hershey bars. FH and I are also considering doing this less expensive option (less expensive than the wine) since he is from Hershey, PA! His parents are still there, and they take their Hershey's VERY seriously!
I also like the idea of a small picture frame b/c this can double as a place card. You can put the place card inside the picture frame. This is especially good if you send a wallet sized photo with your thank you notes.
My parents went to a wedding where the favor was a CD with some songs from the wedding on it. They burned the CD themselves and also printed the labels / case insert. They came out really nicely! This is great if you want to DIY. Plus, it wasn't very expensive to make.
My SIL gave out votive candles / holders. The holders were shaped like a flower pot (although clear glass). She hot glued bows onto them - white bows for the men and pink bows for the ladies. Then she put some of that fake 'moss' stuff at the bottom so it looked like a flower pot. Those were cute, too.
I'll try to think of some other ideas I've seen as well. I know you can get personalized boxes of hershey's kisses, too!

I second this place, my mom got the favors for my bridal shower there (it's not a surprise).
For our wedding, we're giving a donation. We decided that we have a lot of favors from other weddings we don't get a lot of use out of so we decided to go the donation route.

That's awesome! I love the bottle stoppers. I'm starting to think that is a good wine-related favor!
Very cool site with great ideas!
