My sister is getting married and trying to get a shuttle from her hotel to her hall and vice versa. Everyone is quoting 500+ Anyone get a better rate??

my hotel did it for FREE! one run from the hotel to church ( a 20 minute drive) and 3 vans from reception to hotel).
I was at the Wingate Inn on Stewart Avenue. She should talk to the hotel and see what they provide before she books something... or the hotel if they do charge, it's probably a lot cheaper than a limo company.

Check out Alert buses - I had for 12 hours so they were more than 500 but give them a call

the 14 passenger vans were 450 w/ camelot for 3 hrs.
i called red carpet limos today and mike quoted me $2000 flat (w/ gratuity) for everything. this includes a rolls royce for me and escalade for teh bridal party and and excursion as the shuttle for oot guests. (they will go back and forth). this was the best package i found.

2000 is a good price if it includes all that! Limo and RR. Thats a good deal. 2000 JUST for a shuttle... is a little bit much

Try Classic Trans. We used their Trolley for the whole day and did 1 Shuttle Van trip to get the guys to the church. Shuttle van was $75 for the trip. Everything worked out great the trolley was a big hit and the van was new and very clean. Hope this helps. Here is the contact, I’m sure they can work something out with you. Definetly check with the hotel if shes using one because all the ones I checked out either had 1 free then you paid for more or included it in the price of the rooms (it was only like an extra $15) but even if they don't include it they might have someone they refer that can help.

FYI- the Hilton Garden Inn in Ronkonkoma has a deal for 20% off shuttles with a 10 room block or more
