Help!!! Hair Stylist Dilemma

Help!!! I had a trial back in November with the Hair Stylist. At trial I said I definitely wanted her for the day of wedding. This morning I wrote her details about the morning of wedding and she told me another bride signed a contract for the same day and she couldn't do it!!!! She never even mentioned a contract to me! I would've signed it on the spot.

Now I have to find a new hairstylist and pay for another trial...so disappointed I wanna cry.

Anybody have any good recommendations for a hairstylist?

Oh no! Quick word of advice: You usually sign a contract with everyone for the wedding. Check out Angela of Angela's Hair Design. She was fantastic!

This! And to be honest, she is wonderful and I can say with confidence that you wouldn't even need to to a trial with her, she can do anything and do it great! That's a matter of personal preference though, I'm just saying if it were really not in the budget or something you were looking to do, there are other brides on here that booked her without a trial. Best of luck!

My friend Judy is the owner of beautiful people salon (there are 2 locations in merrick) & she does amazing hair. She recently became a LI Weddings vendor so you can actually look her up on this site. Not sure about pricing but I know she will do a phenomenal job.

I just booked Ali of Long Island Makeup and Hair http://longislandmakeupandhair.com/
She comes to you for everything. There is a minimum booking amount and it's a bit pricey but I'm not from the area so having someone come to me at the hotel (Hilton Garden Inn Islip) is going to be super helpful.
