I just posted on another thread about Carltun on the Sound (which DEFINITELY used to be Sail Harbor), but I'll recap: the place reeked of mold when I was there in August. It was really gross. Also, the banquet manager looked really bored while he was talking to us, and it's way overpriced. Finally, who would want to drive all the way up there anyway? Do your guests a favor! It's just not nice enough to justify that drive.
I'll put in another plug for the Riviera...not that we don't LOVE Jericho Terrace, but the main reason why we didn't choose Riviera was because it would be too tight for our 150 guests in February. The weather is perfect for that place at your time of year, since much of your wedding could be outdoors. We also loved the banquet manager (Vicki)...you may really want to check it out!
