We've been together for 5years and just got engaged to get married in 4 MONTHS I have the reception hall, dj, limo, photog all booked. I still need to pick out BM dresses, tux, ringbearer, flower girl, and jr bride, oh my I need to pick out a flower, and still haven't pick out invites let alone got my fiance to finish his list...not to mention i need to go dress shopping (i saw the one i love on line) Any pointers on how i can get this all in time!

awww dont feel overwhelmed it will all fall into place. I would def do your list and invites and most important the dresses first...they take the longest !!

Do the dresses first....
you may have to go to a place like David's for the dresses since their a chain they can get things to you a bit faster... or see if bridal shoppes have samples that you can buy off the rack. places like ann taylor or JCrew have dresses that work as bridesmaids dresses and you can get them quickly.

Start looking at dresses this week.. Just make a timeline and list of things that need to get done. Next I would work on the invites since you should send those out 8 weeks prior to the wedding.

Welcome and Congratulations!!!!
I suggest looking at David's Bridal also. That is where we got our dresses and they are in in about 6 weeks. I would definitely start looking NOW and get them ordered because you will need time for alterations also.

Congratulations on your engagement!!! It can definitely be done and you already have all the essentials. LIWeddings.com is a godsend and everyone here is very helpful!!! My advice is to use the search function when looking for info on different items (officiant, favors, etc.)...it really helps!!! Congrats again!!!

I planned my wedding in three months. it can so be done. I was able to get all the flowers, dresses, limos, tuxes I wanted no problem.You should order the dresses as soon as you can. The bridal store had a rush delivery on my dress. It arrived the week of the wedding, but it was still in before hand. So don't feel limited in your choices. All the other vendors I kind of had the attitude if your not available about 200 other people are. You will also get the best prices planning in such a short time. Good luck!!!

I'm planning my wedding in 4 months.
You seem to have a lot done.
I got my dress off the rack. I went to Lillettes, told them if they could sell me ANYTHING off the rack, plese tell me & they did and i love my dress.
For BM dresses, I ordered them from RK Bridal YOU MAY be able to order them now without having to pay a rush charge so call them IMMEDITAELY.
I paid a rush shipping charge of 60 per dress b.c I waited too long. But I think with 4 months away you can still get them within a month of your wedding.
You still have PLENTY of time to get your invites out.
