HELP! Is this a Scam????
I attended a Bridal Expo last weekend and just received a phone call from someone who works at Royal Prestige. They sell china, cookware, etc. They told me I won some prizes (hotel room stay, camera, etc) and that I need to attend a product display this weekend in order to pick up the prizes. Has anyone ever heard of this? Are they going to try to rope me into something???

HELP! Is this a Scam????
Probably is a scam. Sounds like a 'time share' thing to me!

HELP! Is this a Scam????
No they are going to make you sit there and try to buy their products..like a time share but worse... It sounds all nice to get free stuff but you have to sit through a 2 hour lecture about thier products...

It's a total scam...
They sell overpriced pots & pans. You are forced to sit through their 2 hour presentation and then they make it extremely difficult for you to get the trip if you do not purchase something. My poor friend got roped into it in 1999. By the way - this company is being investigated by the State Attorney's office in Texas for their questionable business practices. Michele

HELP! Is this a Scam????
I agree its a total scam. They call me every week saying I won since I signed up at a bridal expo also(like its the first time they called me). I know I am not that lucky! I also fell for it a few years ago and was stupid enough to have this guy come house. Well he wouldn''''t leave, until I threatened to call the police. He was mad that I wouldn''t buy any china (meanwhile, I didn''t even have a steady boyfriend, no prospect of a fiance or marriage). :-) To make a long story short, he finally left and I got no trip, no hotel, no free 100 rolls of film, he just left me with a dinky camera that had manual rewind. I gave it to my 5 year old cousin. Please don''''t call them back, they are nothing but trouble. Better yet, change your number!

I got a few calls from these people. But since I never go to Bridal Expos I was suspicious from the beginning. If it sounds too good to be true, it almost always is.Welcome New Vendors
