Kristen from Enchante is good, the salon is in Smithtown and she can do hair and makeup at your house, it's a little bit more $ (i think maybe $10 for each) to do it at home. I did a makeup trial a couple of weeks ago and it came out really nice. And, compared to other vendors I called, she was the cheapest. I wanted to have 1 person to do both, so it's convenient.
