Help! Math geniuses - I need help with something!!!

What is 13.3% of 52,000? How do I even figure this out? I am doing something for a grant here at work, and no matter how many times I try to tell them that I'm a math moron, I can't get thru to them....


So now I have to figure this out - can someone please help me????

Here's how you do it:
Grab a calculator
Plug in 52000
Hit the x or * (multiplication) button
Now since 13.3% is a percentage you have to move the decimal over 2 places to the left. So you enter .133.
Hit the = (equal) button.

52000 x .133 = 6916
