Help me guess where my bachlorette party will be......

I have been getting clues from my MOH of where my bachlorette party in April.

These are the guesses:

1. rainbow,
2. sometimes it rains sometimes it shines,
3. 'O'
4. string instrument

I had guessed ireland and I was wrong.

Where do you think I am going?

We are leaving April 8 - 12.

I was going to say Canada / Montreal.... but isn't it colder there then it is here??? One of the clues is that it is warmer there then here during that time.....
