Help me guess where my bachlorette party will be......

I have been getting clues from my MOH of where my bachlorette party in April.

These are the guesses:

1. rainbow,
2. sometimes it rains sometimes it shines,
3. 'O'
4. string instrument

I had guessed ireland and I was wrong.

Where do you think I am going?

We are leaving April 8 - 12.

I am going to go with South Beach. I don't really know about string instrument and how that fits into anything. Florida gets rain and shine and it does get a lot of rainbows and it is inside the US. I know it's the florida keys!!! I got it - instrument - keys!!!!!!!!

I said ireland and she said no.

I said ontario and she said no.

She did mention that if i switched the americas with 'O' it would make the guess easier.

But that threw me off.

Oh wait she said in the Americas but didn't say the state so it can be either North or South America.

Ooo wait...in the americas...you need a passport for Alaska and Canada....could that be it??

Why would you need a passport for Alaska It may seem like a different country but it is still part of the US!

Mexico has all those beautiful rainbow colored festivals...like...think Mexico in Disney... the colored poncho's and pinatas.... The string music is throwing me off but maybe like, a mandoline?
