Help, need address list

I've been looking everywhere online for a good template for my guest list. Whats available here and on other sites is just the names, I want to print out the names & addresses. Help, thanks

Re: Help, need address list

we used weddingchannel.com. We put the address in and then exported them to a word program so we can print them out in labels.
