I just met with my DJ and picked songs for the tossing of the bouquet, getting the garter, and the couple who catches the garter and bouquet. My parents freaked when I told them the songs I picked. They totally thought they were inappropriate.
Any creative suggestions???

Honestly I am not a big fan of the songs Candy Shop or Lick It. I would have to agree with your parents that the songs are really not appropriate.

I have to agree also .....even thought your all grown up and getting married ...i think that your parents dont really want to think about there little girl when then hear a song like Candy shop or lickit -

I don't think any of these songs are bad. Don't you think the groom going up the brides skirt is just as bad in front of the parents. So whats a song. I think it makes it more funny.

for the bo-k toss we used All for You- by Janet Jackson.... it had alot of energy to it (but it was also one of our 'party songs' back in college, so maybe that made it more fun for me)
