Help need job advice
I am asking this for a friend of mine who wants to get out of the job they are in now, but does not have a lot of experience (they have worked the same job for 12 years, but does not want to remain in the field) and will have an associate's degree. I know personally a lot of jobs out there need a BA at least, but is there anything out there for someone w/ an AA who is willing to work their way up? Something interesting (not an administrative assistant thing).Thank you in advance for your help! I have been racking my brain. They are in a very bad situation right now, and they need to get out.

Re: Help need job advice
I am not sure of what you are looking for.If your friend wants to change careers they should consider fields that interest them, the skills they have now (that can get them in the door) and where they would like to end up.
I don't know what they can do to even begin to really be helpful.

You also might want to advise them to go back to school, maybe not for a degree, but they have a lot of certificate programs.
