Help - Not able to search

when I do I get this message:

Please search for words and/or phrases that are not marked as ignored words.

Anyone???

Are you putting the word 'and' in between the search words?

For instance, instead of 'brown dresses' you're putting 'brown and dresses'?

Ron explained this the other day. He said the site is doing an update when you get that message and to just wait a little while and then run your search again.

Hi Girls, This has happened to me a few times over the past few days...guess they are doing a lot of updates? Stuff I've searched for in the past isn't even coming up...so I know it's nothing I'm not doing right. I'll try again! Lisa

This happens to me too but I think I found a very odd solution. I also search for terms that do NOT contain the word and... but it still doesn't work.

When that happens if I *** HIT THE REFRESH BUTTON *** on the website WHILE the search is happening, it then pops me onto the correct results screen without a problem. Don't hit stop first, just the arrows button like below:

This has worked now for all 5 words that I tested. These words USED to work correctly but were marked as ignored until I accidentally tried this.

Please let me know if it works for you too or if I am just losing it haha.
