HELP!!!! RD Invites on a Wine Bottle

Hello! Which one of you lovely ladies did wine bottles where you attached the RD invite onto the outside of the bottle w/ a piece of ribbon???? I remember seeing the picture in your album....but cant remember who you are now and I cant find the picture! I would like to use a similar idea for our 1 year kickoff Dinner!

Please help! Thanks
