Re: HELP!!! VERY PREGNANT MOH!!!
how about a different dress in a complimentary color. since she is your MOH, she can stand out a little! (congrats by the way!)

Re: HELP!!! VERY PREGNANT MOH!!!
You can write to the company that you got the dress from and get additional fabric to alter the dress.

Re: HELP!!! VERY PREGNANT MOH!!!
Are you getting married Oct 14? I am, as well, and my SIL just gave birth last week so she will be fine come October. I think you will be ok by then.

Thanks! Very excited! Well, she is my ONLY wedding party. I am very flexible, just want the color to be autumnal for my theme....I want her to be comfortable. Getting a little nervous

Re: HELP!!! VERY PREGNANT MOH!!!
A friend of mine who recently got married had the same issue with her MOH.She had a 2 piece dress and I believe they took the dress back to the place they got it and had panels put in to make the dress bigger on top and put elastic in the waist for the bottom piece..

On September 5th but they will probably give her a c-section in mid August if there are no complications. She is having a tough time so I hope she holds out THAT long!!!

Re: HELP!!! VERY PREGNANT MOH!!!
My bridesmaid is due any day now. My wedding is in a month - 5/21. When we ordered the dress she was 5 months pregnant (and almost 200 lbs)....she ordered a size 16 which is very big......she can fit in it now....

Thanks Girls. I don't feel so anxious anymore. I knew I couldn't be the only one with this problem.

Re: HELP!!! VERY PREGNANT MOH!!!
i'd wait for her to have the babies and then take her to David's Bridal and let her pick something off the rack that flatters her then. This way there's no question about the baby weight and you'll have about 6 weeks to find the dress....HTH

Re: HELP!!! VERY PREGNANT MOH!!!
since she is the only one- why don't you just wait on the dress until after she has the baby- and buy something off the rackless pressure for her- less stress for you

Re: HELP!!! VERY PREGNANT MOH!!!
My BM gave birth to her twins in June my wedding was in Sept. We ordered her a 16 that wound up being wayyyyy to big.It cost a fortune to have it altered. She was 200lbs when she delivered and 145 by my wedding. It will all work out ok.

I don't think you should. I feel better already!!! I will leave her to pick from these suggestions. Maybe you should pose these same ones to her. Is it your MOH? When is she due? Good luck to you too!
