HELP! What does Yachting Casual mean???

Im going to a wedding in NYC tonight on a yacht and I just looked at the attire on the invite and it says Yachting Casual (no jeans)

What does that mean?? I was planning on wearing a plain black dress, spaghetti straps with a shawl and my hair up. Is that o.k.?

I have NO idea what Yachting casuals means??

Yes, you're okay! They just want to make sure no one is too dressed down...Guys usually wear slacks w/a polo and a sport jacket....for the ladies, something simple, nothing too fancy.
