Etsy has so many.. and lots of great reviews. I just ordered samples from BellaBridalVeils. She has over 3000 5 star reviews.. good luck :)

There is also a place in the tri county flea market. She is amazing and makes them from scratch. The veil I wanted was over $950. She is going to make it for me for $450. she is on the lower level towards the back. I heard a lot of good reviews.
