Hi ladies, im in the process of getting my invites out and im not sure how to word the hotel information. Our hotel gave us a detailed card with directions and such but there no mention of room rate or name the rooms are blocked under (this shouldnt be hard to figure out, lol) or shuttle infor. So im wondering if i should type something up and this is what i have so far.
For your convenience, a block of rooms have been reserved at ______Hotel. Please mention xxxxx-xxx to ensure that you will get the discounted rate of _________. Rooms must be reserved on or before October 9, 2013.
Shuttle service will be provided from the reception to the hotel after the wedding. If you plan to take the shuttle please email _____ at _______ . Thank you!
What do you think? I mentioned the shuttle bc i need to know how many vans to rent.

Last week I posted '**REMINDER**', Monday I posted '**SECOND REMINDER**', and today '**FINAL NOTICE**'. It worked! All but one room has been booked!

haha we are ok with our comp'd room but still people need to THINK AHEAD!!
