HELP..I HATE MY MOH!! VENT

I am really beginning to hate her...I mean truky dislike her. I have 2 MOH...I picked her b/c we have been friends for years and been through so much..I know she is a a very self centered person since I have known her and usully no one likes her the first time they meet her but I have spent my life making excused for her.

Well since I got engaged she is a total disaster..she has never held a real job in her life and has always had everything given to her..she is just so uninterested in everything but wants to try on dresses and have us ooohhh and ahhhha bout how fab she is

and it's getting old and she makes all the BM's uncomfortable and every single convo I have with her ends in a bad way...she is horrible...

what do I do...i wanna tell her to forget about it..she seems to have too much on her plate..for my own piece of mind...

I feel bad for my other MOH she is always trying her best to fix everything and make peace but it should not have to be her job!!!

aww I'm sorry to hear about that! being friends with someone shouldn't be so difficult! whatever you decide, i hope you two can be close again at some point!

dont feel bad. i'm having the SAME exact problem with one of bm's. at this point im actually regretting i chose her and should have given the spot to another friend who deserves it so much more.

I'm having problems with my mother! Unfortunately I can't ask her to step out. I think you should talk to her though and maybe she will turn around.

ugh....so sorry you have to deal with her bs.

Thankfully my MOH is my childhood friend and we have never felt bad telling each other how we truly feel even if we offend each other....maybe you should tell her shes being an MOH-zilla and she needs to relax bc she's making you uncomfortable.

Honestly, if she is being this big of a pain, and you are starting to not want to even be her friend after the wedding, I would talk to her about her behavior and if it doesn't change drop her from the BP. If she ends up being angry, then fine. You already seem to know you'd be better off without her.

realy dunno what to tell you, its easy to say boot her when you're not the one who has to do it have a heart to heart with her... tell her how you feel... if she still acts the same way after, at least she'll know the reason as to why she got booted and you wont have to feel so bad about it

things like this is purposely why i havent picked a bp out yet...

realy dunno what to tell you, its easy to say boot her when you're not the one who has to do it have a heart to heart with her... tell her how you feel... if she still acts the same way after, at least she'll know the reason as to why she got booted and you wont have to feel so bad about it

I agree, I was about to say kick her out but I know if it was me it would be so much harder to do. We're not the ones stuck dealing with her wrath!

i still say get rid of her. ive dealt with people like that (in fact i think im dealing with one now, although im not getting married and theres no bridal party involved)... you dont need the headache/heartache. you have more important things to worry about. think about yourself for a change.

thanks girls...I know i am going to have a convo with her that I don't want to but I knew she was going ot be difficult but I never imagined she would be like this so combative and just plain rude...

you girls are all the best..i ws about to chuck this computer across the room or better at her head...

I feel the same way...we have always made it about her and put her first b/c she is sort of a princess and i always loved her but now this one time it's not about her she is like socially retarted and i wish she could pull it together just for me...

It's only June...if you feel this way now, do you think you can make it dealing with her up until your wedding next May?! I'd talk to her, hope she changes, and then - if she doesn't - kick her out (knowing it would probably end the friendship - but it doesn't sound like you have much of one at this point anyway). It's YOUR day and she seems to be making it all about her. Good luck!

Wow im sos osrry to hear this. But honestly this process should not be stressfull or hurtful to you at this point. Try talkign with her about it. See how she is & how she responds. If its not the way you think then tell her how u may have to cut her from the MOH position. Its all you can do. Its not fair to make this process a burden rather then an exciting time in your lives!
