I am looking for a hotel in the port jeff area that has a bar and restaurant for the after party and for the wedding party and guests to stay. I am hoping for a reasonable priced place so suggestions anyone???Thanks in advance!!

Danfords comes to mind for me. I'm not sure about their prices but it's so close to your reception hall.

I think we are going to use Danfords, its about 5 minutes from my hall. i was quoted $199 for a saturday in July. Im going to try to negotiate them down a little more. I have not checked out any other hotels. We do not have many out of town guests so we are mainly going to use the hotel bar as a place to gather for an after party and we will stay there along with some of the bridal party and some family who doesnt feel like driving home. hope that helped!

Definitely Danfords. Their food is good and the place is gorgeous...its got a restaurant and a lounge

I live in Port Jeff and I have to agree Danfords is the nicest around here.
Heritage is nice too but it's set up like a motel.. no bar or anything.
Danfords would be your best choice unless you want to go to Holiday Inn on 347.
