It seems that Westbury has the outdoor that I am looking for and as the FH says just a whole lot homier and warmer, but I am a bit turned off by the low ceilings in Westbury...I always envisioned a high ceiling which is what Fox Hollow brings... I am in love with the Winter Garden Pavilion!! But then I am in love with the grounds at Westbury...HELP!
I know there are good reviews on both but would love to see some bad stuff people...I only saw one bad review. lol I know ya'll are out there somewhere. How is Westbury when it rains? The noise at Fox Hollow if having ceremony outside? Any accidents with having more than one wedding at a time at either?
Thanks

Re: Help...Torn between Westbury Manor and Fox Hollow
the food and service are fabulous at both, i dont see a big difference there. in my opinion the decor is really the only thing that sets them apart so it depends on the atmosphere you want to create

Re: Help...Torn between Westbury Manor and Fox Hollow
Our wedding was at WM and it was absolutely perfect. Not one complaint. I didn't see the other bride. I couldn't tell another wedding was going on.

Re: Help...Torn between Westbury Manor and Fox Hollow
We chose Fox Hollow for our wedding. I immediately fell in love the minute i walked in. We are in the largest room- the Garden Terrace and that is the room I loved the best. It has a HUGE dance floor and big windows to see the garden outside. It has a very romantic feel IMO. Our ceremony is outside weather permitting and the CH is right outside our room. We saw a wedding being set up outside the day we booked and it looked beautfiful, As far as the WM- I went to a few weddings there and I was in one there and for the people who said that they didnt know another wedding was going on- I beg to differ. I ran into the other wedding party a couple of times. Not that this bothered me, just stating the facts. You need to go where you feel the butterflies when you walk in. Good luck!!!

I am biased towards Westbury Manor since that's where my wedding will be! However, I've heard wonderful things about Fox Hollow as well... either way, I think you will have an amazing wedding and reception!

From the bride and groom's point of view, we felt like our wedding was the only one at WM.
Honestly I heard some of our guests saw other guests from the other wedding in the ladies bathroom. But that was it.
I highly recommend WM.

Re: Help...Torn between Westbury Manor and Fox Hollow
I went to an event at Westbury Manor this weekend and everything was amazing! I haven't been to Fox Hollow, but it's owned by my RH so it can't be bad!
