I have a Demetrois gown and got it at Bridal Suite Centereach- Debbie is a great salesperson so ask for her. I know that BR in Carle Place really carries dresses over $2500. They say that have all price ranges but they don't really. They sell even $5K+ gowns. That is why they say the dresses are lower-end. They are snobs there but it all depends on what you are looking for.

I have a Demertios dress as well. I definately don't think he's a low quality desinger. You can buy a dress from any of his collections from a great range of prices, and they are all elegant. My friend also bought a Demetrios dress after I showed her a pic of my dress. The people at that store you went to are definately snobby. I called them a long time ago cuz I was going to go there and look at dreses. I remember asking a question and I recieved a snotty remark. I didn't even show for my appt. No place that has snotty salespeople will ever get business from me.
