hey girls, speaking of having NO MONEY

do we still want to make on (or two) of these GTG's bridal showers for each other. I posted this question a few months back and got some really great responses.

with some of our girls coming up VERY soon (Januarybride and hmpena right in the front there) I thought we could make the Oct. GTG the first '06 shower!!

whatcha think?? of course, we would have a strict limit on the amount- just to show our love and appreciation for the help we all (hopefully) provide to each other.

I think that's a great idea... and we could all meet each other.

But IMO we really don't know each other that well to have just a shower, so maybe we should just have a get together and be able to bring our FHs?

This was what I was thinking. Too bad we can't figure out how to do an online 'secret Santa' type of thing.

Maybe we can get stuff, attach numbers to each gift and choose corresponding numbers so the gifts are random! Just an idea.

I just remembered that somewhere in my original post, one of you smart ladies (I think it was Leslie) remarked that if we do a Secret Santa and someone doesn't show, whoever they had would be without a gift,

so.........I think the 'wishing well' is the best bet.

do you ladies want to start our own online registry....I think we will have to do more than one, to get every '06er that wants to be involved....

we could have an '06 LIW registry at either Target or bb&b....

have I lost my mind or what! LOL
