This has been the toughest thing I think I've ever dealt with
My FH and I are going through something right now that is questioning my desire to be with him for the rest of my life. There is a lot to this but to make it short......it is a contolling issue on his part.
Due to some of the things that are going on, I have found myself letting go of parts of who I am just to please him and it's destroying me.
So I am taking time for myself right now. I need to be away from this relationship to find myself again and see if this is something that can be fixed.
This is so hard for me.....as I do love him with ALL of my being, but I can't give up who I am as a person. I know this probably isn't making too much sense..........
I will be back as soon as I figure out what it is I'm going to do......good or bad.
Just wanted to let you all know ......... I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and I hope to be back on in the New Year!!

I am so sorry to hear about what you are going through. I really admire your courage. It sounds like you are making the best possible decision to take some time for yourself. It is so important to listen to that inner voice. I hope things work out for the best for you two, whatever that may be. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sorry you are going through this! You are doing the right thing by taking some time to find yourself. Marriage is a huge committment and you shouldn't feel rushed into it if it isn't right at this moment. There is a reason for everything and this will work out the best way it should. Good luck!
