HEY GUYS I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP.......

ON THIS HOTEL THING

HERE IS THE SITUATION:

GC HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE THE BRIDAL ROOM AVAILABLE FOR MAY 23..SO I CAN'T GET READY THERE. SO I WAS THINKING OF JUST BOOKING FOR THE NIGHT OF THE WEDDING.

AS FAR AS BLOCKING ROOMS FOR THE GUEST...I WAS THINKING OF BLOCKING A HOTEL CLOSER TO HOME...

THE PROBLEM:

SINCE GARDEN CITY DOESN'T HAVE THE BRIDAL SUITE THE DAY BEFORE ...SHOULD I BLOCK SINGLE OR DOUBLE ROOMS FOR THE BRIDAL PARTY TO GET READY IN..OR WHAT??

AND IF I DO BLOCKED THE SEPARATE ROOMS FOR THE BRIDAL PARTY PLUS ME AND HUBBY TO GET READY IN DO I BLOCK IT FOR MAY 23 AND 24 SO THAT THE BRIDAL PARTY HAS SOMEWHERE TO STAY AFTER THE WEDDING????

I HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE....PLEASE HELP

Do they have rooms that will be spacious enough to accomodate everyone? If so, I would book two adjacent rooms.
If not, would you consider going to another hotel? Try the Glen Cove Mansion that is near the Swan Club and see if their bridal suite is available for your date.

SO...TWO ADJACENT ROOMS FOR THE BRIDAL PARTY WHAT ABOUT MY FH AND I...SHOULD WE JUST GET SEPARATE ROOMS SO WE WON'T SEE EACH OTHER...

I would get ready seperatly from your FH. You dont want him to see you squeezing in tights, you want him to see the finished product!
I would suggest the night before the wedding reserving 2 rooms for you and the girls next to eachother. See if they have 2 rooms that have a middle door that you could open to conjoin the 2 rooms. Then the night of the wedding get rooms in the hotel your guests are staying in closer to home. Hope that helps!
