I was actually not nervous at all and I thought I would be. I was tearing up but when I walked to the top of the stairs and met my dad, I took a deep breath, held my flowers low and smiled. It was such a surreal moment and I'm so glad I smiled because I got great pictures!!
I wasn't nervous, and I usually break out into big red blotches, but it never happened. I agree with the other posters you are running on adrenaline.
it all happen so quickly i got nervouse but not till the last minute!
I was nervous...i psyched myself out. My dad was more emotional then me and I didn't want him to make me cry b/c I am a very ugly cryer and once i start i can't stop! So I was nervous only to walk down the aisle. Once I got to the end and saw DH it all went away and the rest was a blast! It was very hot that day and I was also nervous I would get sick from standng...it was a greek ceremony and was LONG! But that was the only time I was nervous!
It's strange but I wasn't nervous at all. I woke up that morning and was very calm. I spent the rest of the day with this great calm and peaceful feeling. Nothing bothered me - it all didn't matter.
I started to get nervous just as luther started singing here and now but once I saw my husband all my worries were gone and I went back to laughing ans smiling I am so proud of myself I cry for everything and I didn't cry
I was absolutely calm the entire day until maybe 5 minutes before I walked down the aisle. Mostly I was nervous to have all these people looking at me, and was half scared I would trip walking down the aisle. But once I spotted DH waiting for me, I was all calm again.
Yes I was, I wasn't until I got to the church and the put the blusher over my face. I got so nervouse walking down the aisle I forgot to look at my husband...lol One word of advice, if you get nervouse, look for FH and just stare at him. He totally calmed me down....
I was sobbing like a baby...they had to take me outside to get some air ...I dont know where this all come from!
