Hi any 2010 brides around?

Hello, I'm here too!
Have been browsing the forum from a few weeks but wasn't sure about posting, thought I was being paranoid cause it's too early to be looking into my wedding... (maybe it is too early but who cares, I'm loving it!)

My date isn't definite yet but we're hoping for sometime in May.

I am here too! We picked a date but nothing is in writing yet so it might change! We were think of july 24th... I can't wait til i could really start planning everything! Good luck with everything and i am glad to see i am not the only 2010 bride!

Aww my 2009 girls....miss you guys too. i dont come on here much now since its like soooo long. I have all my vendors picked so dont have much to do but wait. Im hoping to win the lotto so i can move the date back to 09 lol.. talk soon and thanx for thinking bout me

Not sure yet if me & FH are shooting for 09 or 10. Most likely 2010 so here I am...

I'll introduce myself... My name is Gina & I've been stalking these boards since ummm I dunno... late last year sometime LoL I knew the engagement was coming shortly so I figured why not get a jump start on the planning & ideas We finally got engaged on 5/12 after being together over 6 yrs!!!!

I was originally looking at all things LI, but I don't know anymore. Lots of fam isnt from there (I'm from the Bronx myself, & FI has some fam out there) I might be considering myself a Westchester gurl instead

If any others are doing Westchester, I'd love to hear all your ideas. I've researched a ton of halls on the Internet in the area, but I kinda wanna get away from the typical Davenport Ave halls. Everyone and their mother books on that strip LoL

FH is a die hard Mets fan and I am on the complete opposite end of the spectrum being a die hard Yanks fan... I know I want to incorporate that into the wedding... That will be one of the special touches

I actually worked at glen island for a short time so i already know how beautiful it is.... I always said that was the place after workin there, but i dunno if my budget agrees LoL They have some gorgeous rooms though!
