Also - can any1 recommend a good site for DIY ideas on favors, cutesy things for when I ask bridesmaids to be in the wedding party, etc etc??

Welcome and congratulations. Definitely try to negotiate. If you want some pricing or info on any venues, let me know. We looked at about 12 before we settled on one. Good Luck!!!

- Negotiate the cr@p out of EVERYTHING!!!
We got our RH to 30 guest less than thir minimum and $5 less per person. Tell them what you want. they will tell you 'We'll have to check on that.' Then go home and wait. Chances are they will call you back and say yes! LOL
- A friend just booked @ WCC for next Memorial day so they're still booking till at least then!
