Finally have a free minute to post - I go back to work full time tomorrow![]()
Our vacation was GREAT! Went to visit our friends in California, which was beautiful. Vegas was a lot of fun...stayed at the Palms for a couple of nights - it's so gorgeous there. But all of the women are gorgeous too, so I felt kinda frumpy around them...We stayed at the Sahara for the most part and it was much dirtier than I remembered...that will be our last time staying there.
Grand Canyon was breathtaking, but unfortunately it's their rainy season, so we got rained on the rocks for 2 days, but it didn't matter. Pictures don't do it justice...you must take some time to see it for yourself. We stayed at a hotel right on the south rim which was incredible. Driving back from the Grand Canyon to Pheonix was pretty scary though - we had to pull over 3 times due to heavy rain/hail....it's amazing how the weather changes though.....in one area it's 50 degrees, then 75 somewhere else, then 112 in Pheonix!
Anyway, when I get my pics developed I will post.
The people who housesat for us downloaded Kazaa, and now our Internet Explorer has a virus...I have NO IDEA how to fix it. Either I need to restore windows to a date previous to the virus (have no idea how to do this on windows ME) or I have to completely delete IE and reinstall (also have no idea how to do). If there are any computer gurus out there willing to help, I'm all ears - THANKS!! I call Gateway tech support, and they say the wait is at least 30 min...sorry, not waiting on hold that long!
Cindy and Kathy - how were your trips??? I left my freakin' cell phone in my FILs car on the way to the airport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh, I was sooooooooooo mad when we got into Vegas and I was looking for it. At first I thought I lost it!!!!!!!!!! Hope you gals had a great time!!
Well I hope I was missed by at least SOME of you - didn't anyone notice I was MIA???????? Missed many of you anyway...
