For girls that put numbers on their RSVPs in case you get them back without the name, how do you go about making sure the number matches the label. I'm sure their is an easy method to do this, but I'm having a mental block. Any help would be appreciated. We started on the invites this weekend and are up to this point. Thanks girls!

On my excel spread sheet, I numbered the names on the rsvp so it matches up!

We numbered them based on our list of addresses which was in Excel, so they were numbered

Thats what I've done up to this point as well..
This is probably a stupid question...
But how do you know which numbered RSVP to put in the envelope to match the name... Did anyone use any time saving strategy. I'm worried I'll put them in wrong

We have an Excel sheet too. Our numbers are really dark, though. FH was in charge of that.... so any complaints will go to him

Same here. I didn't use the invisible pen that most girls used though. I just wrote the number in pencil on the lower left corner on the back of the card. I already got one with no name so I am soooo glad I did it!!

We used the invisible pen - haven't needed it yet though!
We had all the names in excel, and created a column where we numbered each name 1 thru .....
Then as FH and I stuffed the invites like an assembly line.
I gave him a pre-printed envelope and knowing the name I handed him, looked at my laptop and found that person's # and wrote it on the back of the RSVP card and handed it to FH.
While I was doing the # writing, he was organizing the other inserts, so we saved alot of time.
Hope that makes sense!

We did the same just used word, and it came in handy because I got 3 back with no name.. so wierd lol
